DJI Drone Sale (Mavic Pro, Spark, Phantom) Ends Tomorrow

DJI’s Holiday sale has been ongoing since December 9th and it will officially end tomorrow at 11:59 PM PST. This means you have the next two days to get the final DJI sale of the year. Sales for DJI drones are not expected early next year. DJI infrequently puts their drones on sale, so now is probably your last chance in a long time to get a drone from the company at a cheaper price.

DJI has reduced the price of their latest drones. The DJI Mavic Pro and DJI Spark drones have seen their price reduced by $100 each.

DJI Spark

The DJI Spark is a beginner friendly drone that normally retails for $499, and it’s on sale for $399 currently. This is a great price considering the drone was only released approximately six months ago.

The Spark has a 1080p camera with a 2-axis gimbal that’s capable of 12 MP stills. It has a 16 minute max flight time and a max range of 1.2 miles with an optional controller. The drone can be controlled with gestures and has an easy follow me mode to capture footage as you do stuff.

DJI Mavic Pro

The Mavic Pro is a professional grade drone from DJI. It normally sells for $999, but you can get it for $899 for the next two days. This drone is arguably the best drone that you can buy right now. You can get the Mavic Pro Bundle Kit for $1149, which is a $150 savings.

The Mavic Pro features a 3-axis gimbal that shoots 4K video and 12 MP photographs. It has a super impressive flight time of 27 minutes and a max range of 4.3 miles (7 KM). Almost no drones can compare to these specs. It also has a max speed of 40 MPH.

The Mavic Pro is a big step up from the Spark. If you can afford the extra cost, then the added flight time in particular makes it worthwhile to upgrade. Every minute extra when you are flying your drone is precious and makes the difference between perfect quality footage and missing the perfect shot.

Other Drones

The only other drone that DJI has discounted is the DJI Phantom 4 series. If you purchase the  DJI Phantom 4 Pro or the DJI Phantom 4 Advanced directly from DJI, they are offering a free battery worth $169. Having a second battery is mandatory when flying a drone so this is a good deal.

The Phantom 4 Pro or Advanced are at the top of list when it comes to quality. No consumer grade drone can match either of these in flight time, range, or camera quality. They are simply the best drones for phenomenal photography.
