WhiteClouds has already impressed us with their 3D printed Model T Ford and their scale model of Elon Musk’s Hyperloop concept printed in a number of materials. The 3D printing company has now launched their official website, with a goal of bringing 3D printing to the masses. WhiteClouds will be offering educational media and the tools to get you started with 3D printing.
“3D printing products and services are in high-demand but it’s hard to know just where to start,” said Jerry Ropelato, Founder and CEO of WhiteClouds. “That’s why WhiteClouds is such a great resource. We offer advice, how-tos, videos and more to learn about 3D printing and how to use 3D printers. Plus users can print their own designs with WhiteClouds or purchase imaginative and unique 3D printables.”
WhiteClouds successfully tested one of its designs on Kickstarter by offering Steampunk Dinosaurs and Dragons. The project gained momentum and reached its funding goal on October 20, 2013. This motivated the team at WhiteClouds to design and create similar products.
The WhiteClouds’ website holds a whole host of 3D printable products, including sculptures, jewelry, gadgets, games, scale models and much more. These designs/products are available for purchase and users can upload their own designs to the site. www.WhiteClouds.com contains over 7,300 pages of content and products.
In addition to the website, WhiteClouds has a Lab that is open to visitors to explore different 3D printed items. Visitors can also see the commercial grade and consumer 3D printers in action. The WhiteClouds Lab is open Monday-Friday from 8AM to 5PM and is located at WhiteClouds headquarters at 1464 E. Ridgeline Drive, Suite 101, South Ogden, UT 84405.
Formed in 2013 and headquarted in Ogden, Utah, WhiteClouds is a 3D printing media company aimed to bring 3D printing to the masses. At www.WhiteClouds.com, visitors can learn about 3D printing through articles, images and video plus explore 1000s of 3D printable objects.
