Almost all bluetooth earbuds (not neckbuds, not headphones) last 2-4 hours. Those that say they last longer like 25 or 40 hours are including recharging in the case. Many cases have their own battery and you can recharge the earbuds in the case many times (15-40 times).
I did a search which pointed to this irrelevant article.
Where is the Skullcandy Crusher Wireless with 40 hours? Or Edifier W830BT with 95 hours?
I just wish that I could find a pair like the Sony wi-c400. They have a genuine up to 30 hours of batterly life – mine seem to last forever, and they sound pretty good too, even if the earbuds do feel a little cheap. Trouble is that they have pretty bad latency, so they’re only good for the gym/music/podcasts and not for video. Just wish I could find a pair with the same battery life but with the low latency of BT 5.0 and ideally, aptX. It’s 2020 and I still can’t find a pair like this!
